Tiny ‘mom and pop’ became of one of the highest-ranked ecommerce businesses in the country with retail showrooms, medical education materials, programs and services, print product catalogs, 3PL distribution services, call center, and sales/marketing/creative agency services. (2004-2014)
The company was run like a living M.B.A. and became a marketing/sales services business to strategic partners and its suppliers, due to its operational efficiencies, its innovative spirit and ka pow approach.
On the surface, the company appeared to be a retailer of devices and consumer medical products, yet it evolved into being a full-service sales and high-integrity lead generation marketing services agency to its suppliers and sponsors/strategic partners such as drug companies, surgical parts companies, medical and travel content distributors, hotels, casinos, planned communities, and healthy lifestyle companies. Oh, and its warehouse became a highly efficient 3PL before FBA even existed!Under Feinberg’s leadership, the company became one of the most respected multi-channel sources of equipment, supplies and device innovations to the medical, OSHA, safety, corporate, government, patient care, travel and athletics markets.
